Two weeks in a row an update .... I'm on a roll!!!
First Tonight May 26 ON WWNY TV News Michelle P will be featured along with her seeing eye dog!.. Tune in at to watch Michelle P discuss her life with a seeing eye dog and demonstrate how the dog helps he in everyday tasks we take for granted. Good Luck Michele hope it goes well !
Then this Weekend May 29-31 Gary is holding the Clubhouse Garage Sale. There are lots of items for sale so stop by and check it out. We also need help as some of last weeks helpers have Memorial Day Plans. Thanks to Lois J and Michelle P who have volunteered to help but we could use a few more hands. This is a great fundraiser for the clubhouse so donate your time if you are free.
The other big news is that the Board has decided to Open the Clubhouse for Meetings. We have been in touch with a few people to discuss dates and times etc. so stay tuned for the updates . We will pass on the information as we finalize plans. We will also be starting the Sunday Meetings at the Beach in the very near future.(Along with the picnic to follow) If you are interested in starting a meeting let us know.
Finally we anxious to resume to Sunday gatherings and hope Ice Cream Steve has saved up a years worth of ice cream and home made maple syrup for us !! Now that Willie M the Cook has retired we hope to get him cooking some our Sunday meals and of course there is a call for card games.
